Podcasting the National Football League, Podcasting the NFL
Green Bay Packers DE Aaron Kampman has graduated from dependable, every-down performer to high-impact Pro Bowler. Aaron earned a respected leadership role on the Packers’ D with a solid ‘05 season and was rewarded with a contract extension prior to 2006. He went out and earned every penny, leading the NFC in sacks with 15½ and earning his first Pro Bowl bid. After a long day of practices and meetings, I spoke with Aaron from Packers HQ.

Very interesting. I like how Kampman plays, and I am stunned by what the Pack is doing, so it was very good to hear what he had to say. I had the Packers penciled in for a lot of losses before the season started, but now I can’t help believing that they not only have playoff potential, but a decent win total. It shocks me to write that.
