Chad Johnson Beats Horse in Charity Race

Why was Chad Johnson racing a horse? Why ask why when Chad Johnson is involved? The Cincinnati Bengals WR is a bit off-the-wall, but how can you not like him? He’s all about harmless fun and when he decided to race a horse for charity, I wasn’t surprised. Restore the Roar (ridden by jockey P.J. Cooksey) spotted Ocho Cinco 100-meters and then lost. By several lengths. RTR and Cooksey should have raced Chad straight-up. I guess Cooksey thought he was challenging Cris Collinsworth because he rode a horse that beat C2 back in 1993. This Bengals wide receiver was a little faster. The event took place at River Downs in Cincinnati and benefitted Feed the Children. Kudos to Chad for finding a meaningful purpose to showcase this ridiculous stunt.
