Vick Won’t Be Charged

Michael Vick won’t be charged in the “water bottle incident.” Lab tests found no evidence of drugs, yet no report was given as to exactly what the “dark particulate” with an “odor consistent with marijuana” was. It’s all just a hazy mystery.
